Incredibly informative and interesting tour that highlights the damage of the attacks on the area and people. It was very well organised and I can easily say it was probably one of the best I’ve been on, really opens your eyes!

Richard was very eloquent and articulate on the history of the 9/11 twin towers crash. He took his time to explain every incident that took place and made sure we visited each landmark that was relevant to the tour. He is a good natured person, with a high sense of humor. He is extremely kind and helped me to the subway to get on the right train to my next tour. I highly recommend Richard and his team if u desire to visit Manhattan and want a Top Notch tour guide. Keep shining guys!
This was a fantastic tour! Richard was a wonderful storyteller, sharing the moment by moment experiences of the NY First Responders and connecting us deeply to the events of 9/11. He educated us about the memorial space and gave us unique insights. The tour was a small group, so it was much more intimate than other tours we saw around us. I highly recommend this as a way to more deeply experience the 9/11 Memorial.
Richard was a very enthousiastic, motivated guide. Only he expected to tell the whole story of 9/11 and we did already know that, but wanted explanation about the plan and architecture. So a bit misunderstanding
